CrossFit Group Classes

CrossFit is all about being comfortable with uncomfortable. During these group workouts, we will push you as hard as we can, without compromising your ability to safely conduct the movements used in the workout. We will continually ramp up the intensity of your workouts as you become more proficient and comfortable with the various lifts and movements that we do.

One aspect of how CrossFit differs from other programs is that you will be held accountable for the goals that you have set for yourself. CrossFit Boot Camp

CrossFit Boot Camp provides an intense 60-minute workout for all fitness levels. Unlike our traditional group classes, Boot Camp focuses less on barbell movements and gets you moving using lots of aerobic and gymnastic functional movements. Boot Camp classes are offered every Sunday at 8:00 AM. With flexible pricing options Boot Camp is catered to our members that are on the go and can't always make it into the gym. With the 10-Class Pack you can come in when your schedule allows and not be penalized when you can't.

CrossFit Teens + KIDS Classes

TEENS CLASS | Classes Resume Sept. 2017

Ages 11-16 are welcome

CrossFit Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for 11-16 year olds.  The teens classes do not lift heavy weights. Instead we focus more on strength training through the use of kettlebells, medicine balls and a lot of body weight exercises like pull-ups and push-ups. We also incorporate basic gymnastics to increase agility, mobility, and flexibility. No previous athleticism is required; we can modify any movement for any ability! The teen’s classes run every Wednesday and Friday from 3-4pm!

KIDS CLASS | Classes Resume Sept. 2017

Ages 5-10 are welcome

CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specially designed for kids and their specific developmental needs and helps them to develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. The kid's class is held every Monday and Thursday from 3:45-4:30pm!
