Greg's Transformation

I heard about CrossFit for the first time this past August. As usual, I heard about it from someone that is so obsessed, it was annoying, yet so passionate. He also sold me on the Paleo diet and a jump starter kit called the Whole 30.

I went home, found CrossFit 2A, started eating paleo and I was hooked right away. Since then I’ve been going to class 6 days a week and lost around 20lbs all while making big gains. CrossFit really has changed my life and now I find myself being that obsessed and annoying guy talking about CrossFit.
