At a young age I discovered my love for sports, competition, and feeling part of a team; as an adult CrossFit has allowed me to continue having all of that. I was a competitive gymnast for 12 years. I also played on various soccer and competitive cheerleading teams throughout high school.

I have been a personal and small group trainer for over 6 years and have found my true passion in helping people discover how much proper nutrition and exercise can impact one’s life. I’ve helped hundreds of people find a love of living a healthier lifestyle and I want to help you too! CrossFit has changed my life in a lot of ways, I’ve met a lot of amazing people because of it, it has pushed me harder (in a great way) than I ever thought I could be pushed, and has given me the chance to share this with all of you!

Nate got his Crossfit Level 1 as soon as he could at 18 years old, and continued to learn everything he could about the Crossfit methodology, movements, and community. Wanting to further the knowledge he had, Nate went on to study Exercise Science at Ithaca College and pursued a minor in Sport and Exercise Psychology, graduating in May 2016. While at Ithaca he also obtained his Basic Olympic Lifting Certification (BOLC) and rowed on the men’s crew team for one year.
