At a young age I discovered my love for sports, competition, and feeling part of a team; as an adult CrossFit has allowed me to continue having all of that. I was a competitive gymnast for 12 years. I also played on various soccer and competitive cheerleading teams throughout high school.

I have been a personal and small group trainer for over 6 years and have found my true passion in helping people discover how much proper nutrition and exercise can impact one’s life. I’ve helped hundreds of people find a love of living a healthier lifestyle and I want to help you too! CrossFit has changed my life in a lot of ways, I’ve met a lot of amazing people because of it, it has pushed me harder (in a great way) than I ever thought I could be pushed, and has given me the chance to share this with all of you!

Greg brings a unique perspective on CrossFit, training, and coaching to the members at CrossFit 2A. He has seen CrossFit’s community, workouts, and engagement enable people of all types to follow a lifelong path of fitness and health.

Greg found CrossFit in 2010. After taking his first class, his entire approach to health and fitness was radically changed. Since then, Greg has helped people of all types realize their fitness goals – weight loss, athletic performance, general physical ability, improved strength, and even people who just loved the social community that CrossFit provides.
